There are two types of services provided by NICS-- ongoing support for active users and machines, and one-time support for specific activities, such as video conferencing setups.

User Accounts

Please fill out and submit a UCO/Lick computer account application if you would like to take advantage of any of the above services.


Machines on the UCO/Lick network

We can only provide services for hosts that are connected directly to the UCO/Lick network. All other hosts, be they on a different network on-campus or at your home, are outside the scope of what we can support.

Please contact NICS directly for questions about computer support.


Conference setup

Please fill out and submit a conference fee recharge form if you would like to take advantage of this service.


Laptop Restoration

Only laptops purchased through UCO/Lick and belonging to owners with UCO/Lick user accounts are eligible for this service.
